The Detroit Red Wing have reassigned forward Zach Nastasiuk to the Grand Rapids Griffins.
Nastasiuk has spent most of the season with the ECHL Toledo Walleye where in 10 games, has five points (2-3-5).
Detroit drafted the 21-year old in the second round of the 2013 draft. Nastasiuk has appeared in 41 career games with the Griffins and has nine points (3-6-9)
Before turning Pro, he was a two-time captain for the OHL Owen Sound and scored 187 point (89-98-187) in four seasons with the club.
Nastasiuk began the season with Grand Rapids playing in three games, recording one assist, before being sent down to Toledo.
The Griffins will travel to Cleveland to take on the Monsters on Tuesday December 6 before returning home for a Wednesday night matchup with the Chicago Wolves and a Friday night battle with the Milwaukee Admirals.
